Answer: We use 100% natural eco-friendly latex. Our materials are non-toxic and meet international safety standards such as EN71 and ASTM. We ensure the latex is high-purity to provide maximum flexibility and durability.
2. Can you provide custom designs (OEM/ODM services)?
Answer: Absolutely. We have an in-house design team capable of creating custom molds from sketches or 3D files. We offer full OEM/ODM services, including custom sculpting, painting, and branded packaging to suit your private label needs.
3. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Answer: For in-stock items, our MOQ is typically 50–100 pieces. For custom designs requiring a new mold, the MOQ usually starts at 500 pieces to offset tooling costs. We are open to negotiation for trial orders.

Answer: Each mask is individually packed in a polybag with cardboard inserts or air-filled bags to maintain its shape. For bulk shipping, we use reinforced 5-layer corrugated master cartons to prevent crushing.
9. Can the masks be produced in a "Low-Odor" version?
Answer: Yes. We use a specialized deodorization process and high-quality water-based paints to significantly reduce the natural latex scent, making them more appealing for high-end retail environments.
10. What are your payment and shipping terms?
